Every Amex Business Platinum Credit in 2026: 28 Deadlines, Four Clocks, One $895 Fee

Eleven credits on four different schedules: monthly wireless, quarterly Indeed and Hilton, semi-annual hotel, and six annual credits that mostly run on the calendar year. Which ones need enrollment, which one needs $250,000 of spend, and the order to use them in.

Amex Business Platinum

Quick answer: The Amex Business Platinum carries 11 recurring credits worth $4,819 a year at face value against its $895 fee. They produce 28 separate deadlines a year, 1 of them monthly, and 6 of the 11 need enrollment before they pay anything. The calendar below is generated from the same database rows that power the MaxWorth app; every credit links to its own page with the full terms.

The Business Platinum carries more recurring credits than any other card in the MaxWorth database that a normal cardholder can actually reach, and it mixes schedules more than any of them: a monthly wireless credit, two quarterly credits, a semi-annual hotel credit and a block of annual credits that reset on January 1 rather than on your card anniversary. Six of the eleven need enrollment. One, the $2,400 One AP credit, needs $250,000 of annual spend and is listed here only so you can ignore it on purpose.

Per cycle is the issuer-stated cap for one period. Resets reads the published terms: credits stated per calendar year reset on January 1, credits stated per cardmember year reset on your anniversary, and where the terms say neither we say so rather than guess.

The ones people miss

  • Indeed and Hilton are quarterly, and quarters are the cycle people forget. $90 of Indeed and $50 of Hilton credit expire on March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31. The Hilton credit also needs enrollment first.
  • The hotel credit is two $300 halves on prepaid Fine Hotels + Resorts or The Hotel Collection bookings; a booking in June does not count toward July’s half.
  • Adobe is a spend-triggered credit: $250 back only after $600 of Adobe spend in the calendar year, so one annual Creative Cloud payment clears it and a monthly plan may not until late in the year.

Does it cover the fee

Ignore the One AP credit and the ten reachable credits are worth $2,419 a year at face value. A business that already pays for a phone plan, Dell hardware, an Adobe subscription and one hotel stay per half clears $1,200 to $1,500 without trying, which is more than the $895 fee before counting the airline credit, lounge access or the 35% points rebate on Amex Travel flights.

How to run this calendar without a spreadsheet

Add the Amex Business Platinum to MaxWorth and every credit above appears with its cycle already set: the monthly ones on the 1st, the quarterly ones on quarter boundaries, the annual ones on January 1 or your anniversary as the terms dictate. You get a push before each one expires, mark it used when you use it, and the card’s annual-fee ROI runs from what you marked. No bank account is connected at any point. The full card page lists the status perks and protections that this article leaves out.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which Business Platinum credits run on the calendar year?

The hotel credit, Indeed, ChatGPT Business, Adobe, CLEAR Plus, the airline fee credit and the One AP credit are all stated per calendar year, so they reset on January 1 regardless of when you opened the card.

How many Business Platinum credits need enrollment?

Six: Indeed, ChatGPT Business, the Hilton credit, the airline fee credit (which also means choosing your airline), Dell and the wireless credit. Enroll once in your Amex account.

What is the $2,400 One AP credit?

A statement credit toward One AP subscription fees that unlocks only after $250,000 of eligible spend in a calendar year. For most small businesses it is not a credit, it is a line in the terms.
